PolicyQuail LLC does not sell your personal information in exchange for money. We do share information such as your IP address, browsing activity, general location, and advertising identifiers with third-party advertising platforms so they can measure our ads and show you relevant ones elsewhere. Under California law that is considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising, and several other states treat it as "targeted advertising." You have the right to opt out.
Submitting this form is free, and we will not treat you differently for using it.

Global Privacy Control
If your browser or a browser extension sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out request for that browser and device automatically — no form required. You can learn how to enable it at globalprivacycontrol.org. Because the signal is tied to a browser, you'll need to enable it on each browser and device you use.

What happens after you submit
| Confirmation | You'll see a confirmation on screen immediately, and we'll email you a receipt if you gave us an email address. |

| Processing time | We act on opt-out requests within 15 business days of receiving them. |
| Downstream notice | We notify the third parties we shared your personal information with in the 90 days before your request, and direct them to stop as well. |
| How long it lasts | Your opt-out stays in place. If you later submit a new quote request, we'll ask before resuming any sharing, and we won't ask again for at least 12 months. |
| If we can't find you | We'll still apply the opt-out to the email address or phone number you gave us, and if you gave us an email address we'll write to explain. |
A note about insurance information
We treat the information you give us when you request auto insurance quotes as regulated under the federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, which exempts much of it from state privacy rights. On that basis, this opt-out applies to the advertising-related information described above rather than to the quote information itself. We explain the distinction in full in our Privacy Notice. Your other privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. To exercise those rights, email optout@policyquail.com or see the Additional Information for California Residents section of our Privacy Notice.
Non-discrimination
We will not deny you our services, charge you a different price, or provide you a different level of service because you exercised a privacy right. Opting out of advertising-related sharing does not affect your ability to use PolicyQuail.
